Our keepsake jewelry makes for the most beautiful Mother’s Day gift, baby shower gift & any & all Mamas. All keepsake jewelry created by The Mindful Mama is handcrafted with love & made by a Mama herself. Processing time begins when all inclusions from your order is received. You will be notified once your inclusions are received & while your jewelry is being crafted. Our time needed to create each keepsake piece is 6-8 weeks, not including shipping time. All keepsakes include a tracking number once shipped & are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days.
All keepsake jewelry created by The Mindful Mama is made to be adornment jewelry & is not meant to be worn in the shower, pool or at the beach. As with all precious jewelry, the proper care & attention is required & should not be worn while playing sports or during any high activity. It is best to avoid extreme temperatures, oils, chemicals, creams, perfumes & other products that might contain harsh ingredients while wearing your keepsake jewelry. Please be sure to store your keepsake jewelry properly when it is not being worn.
What is an inclusion?
An inclusion is a small sample of an item that is enclosed & crafted into a stone. All inclusions are professionally preserved using the highest quality materials & then crafted into a gorgeous stone & keepsake jewelry. If you do not see an inclusion listed on our website, please contact us directly & we will discuss possible options.
How do I send my inclusions?
Inclusions can either be shipped or dropped off locally. Once your order is placed, an email will be sent on how & where to ship/drop off your inclusions.
How much breastmilk do I need to send to create my keepsake?
For low supply Mamas, only 5 ml of breastmilk is required to create multiple pieces of jewelry; however, we ask that you send 1 ounce.
How much DNA/cremation ashes do I need to send to create my keepsake?
Only 1 teaspoon of cremation ashes & other inclusions are sufficient.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Since each keepsake piece contains personal & unique inclusions, unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds; however, if you have any issues or concerns about the quality of your jewelry, please contact us directly at themindfulxmama@gmail.com & we will be more than happy to address your concerns individually. If your jewelry becomes damaged or broken during use or a stone falls out, please do not hesitate to contact us. We take pride in ensuring all of our clients are satisfied with their keepsake jewelry.
