Each keepsake is custom-crafted to reflect your intentions and the person or experience you’re honoring, whether it celebrates a breastfeeding journey or commemorates a loved one.

2. Shipping Breastmilk, Cremation Ashes & Precious Inclusions

Preparing & shipping special inclusions such as breast milk or cremation ashes requires the right packaging & clear labeling. After you place your order, you’ll receive an email with detailed shipping instructions & the address for sending your breastmilk, cremation ashes & any other precious inclusions.

Only 1-2 ounces of breastmilk will create multiple pieces & for low supply Mamas, only 1/2 an ounce will suffice! Both fresh or expired breastmilk is acceptable, as the milk will be preserved once it is received. If you are sending frozen milk, please thaw completely before packaging. Have your breastmilk in a breastmilk storage bag & triple bagged to prevent any leaks while in transit. Once your milk is ready, please label the bag with your full name & any order details. Shipping your milk is simple! You can place your milk & any inclusions in a bubble mailer or small box & ship it via your local USPS or UPS location. No signature upon receipt is required.

Any cremation ashes that are being shipped need to also be triple bagged in a secure & sealed bag & labeled with your full name & any order details. Other special inclusions such as locks of hair, placenta, umbilical cord, ect. will need to be packaged & labeled accordingly. If there are multiple different inclusions being shipped, please be sure to package each inclusion separately & label each inclusion with your name & order details. You may include all sealed inclusions in the same bubble mailer or box so that it ships in one shipment.

3. Once Your Package Arrives

Once your inclusions arrive, you will receive an update notifying you that your items have been received safely. Every inclusion will then be promptly accounted for, labeled & organized. After your inclusions are handled with care, they are ready to move on to the creation process.

3. The Creation Process

Once your breastmilk & inclusions are received, you will get an email letting you know the creation process has begun! All pieces take approximately 4-6 weeks to be created & delivered to your doorstep. Once your keepsake has been created, you will receive one last email letting you know your beautiful piece is on its way to you! Once received, you now have a lifelong keepsake piece created in celebration of your breastfeeding accomplishments & the precious bond between you & your little one. Where it with love, with pride & with joy.

For breast milk: We will begin preserving your milk according to the selected method (e.g., freeze-drying, resin preservation). Preservation begins promptly to maintain integrity.

• For cremation ashes and other inclusions: Each item will be properly handled and incorporated into your chosen piece or keepsake.

• Labeling and tracking: Every received item is labeled with your name and order details and logged into our system for quality control and tracking through each production stage.

• Communication: You’ll receive further updates as your custom piece progresses and when it moves to shipping back to you.

• Communicate upfront: Tell us what you’re sending and any special handling instructions before shipping. We can confirm carrier recommendations and documentation.

• Use reliable, trackable shipping: Always choose a service with tracking and required signatures.

• Insure valuables: For high-value items, consider insuring the shipment.

• Keep records: Retain photos of the packaged items and your shipping receipt until your order is complete.
